Pilzerei

Am östlichen Dorfrand von Wagerswil wachsen in der Pilzerei hochwertige Edelpilze – frisch, regional und mit viel Handarbeit. Vom klassischen Kräuterseitling und Shiitake über Austernseitlinge bis hin zu besonderen Sorten wie Nameko, Ästiger Stachelbart oder Golden Enoki entstehen hier Pilze, die man nicht an jeder Ecke findet.

Dabei treffen traditionelles Handwerk und moderne Technik aufeinander: Die Pilze wachsen in klimatisierten Produktionsräumen auf hochwertigem Bio-Substrat aus naturbelassenem Schweizer Holz. Temperatur, Luftfeuchtigkeit und weitere Bedingungen werden präzise überwacht und mit eigens entwickelter Technik gesteuert. So schaffen wir optimale Bedingungen für gesundes Wachstum und konstant hohe Qualität.

Neben frischen Edelpilzen entstehen in Wagerswil auch verschiedene Pilzprodukte – von getrockneten Pilzen und Pilzpulvern über Gewürze und Risotto-Mischungen bis hin zu unserem Pilz-Jerky.

Am Wagi Day öffnen wir die Türen unserer Pilzzucht und zeigen euch, wie aus Holz, Wasser, Luft und viel Know-how feine Edelpilze entstehen.
